SHIPPING
Gumbell Industries delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines and charges depend on your city and are confirmed over WhatsApp once your order is placed — we never add surprises at your door.
International shipping is available on request; message the concierge with your country and we will share the options.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unworn pieces with tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are our most common request — message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will arrange it.
Custom orders are made to your specification and can only be exchanged if they arrive faulty or not as approved.
PRIVACY
We collect only what an order needs — your name, contact details and address — and use it solely to fulfil your order and answer your messages. We do not sell or share your information.
TERMS
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Orders are confirmed after concierge verification on WhatsApp. Product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to natural daylight and screen settings.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available where configured, and confirmed during order verification on WhatsApp.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements in inches. Between sizes? Size up for the relaxed Gumbell fit.
Can I order custom clothing for my team or brand?
Yes. Start a custom order from the Custom section — select, design, customize, approve, produce.
How do I care for my pieces?
Every product page lists fabric and care notes. In general: cold gentle wash, shade dry, and iron inside out.
